Argent Advanced Manufacturing
Engineering-led aerospace manufacturing

Aerospace parts other shops won’t quote.

Argent builds the parts commodity platforms can’t quote — EDM, AWS D17.1 welding, CNC machining, finishing, and specialty processes. Complex geometry, exotic materials, controlled data, and compliance-heavy requirements. Backed by 5-axis CNC capacity in Seattle.

Capabilities

Five process areas. Qualified U.S. manufacturing partners.

We focus on the processes commodity platforms can’t quote — the ones that require engineering judgment, material expertise, and active relationships with specialty shops. Each capability area will be supported by a small, pre-qualified set of U.S. manufacturing partners selected for AS9100, ITAR controls, and process-specific accreditation.

Operating Background

A manufacturing partner with operating history.

Argent was founded in 2026 by the leadership of Redstone Manufacturing, an established 8-year U.S. and international manufacturer with $25M+ in delivered parts. Argent focuses exclusively on aerospace and defense customers with U.S.-only manufacturing capacity, with ITAR registration pending.

Our leadership brings aerospace structural engineering experience from leading new-space and commercial programs — including flight hardware for the New Shepard Crew Capsule, the Lunar Human Landing System, and the Boeing 777X. We’re backed by a 5-axis CNC machining facility in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood — capacity we route to when timeline or complexity demands it.

How we work

Engineering-led manufacturing. Not an algorithm.

The aerospace manufacturing market has two ends: large commodity platforms that auto-quote simple geometry on common materials, and small specialty shops that don’t market themselves online. Neither handles the work in between — complex parts, exotic alloys, tight programs, supplier relationships that matter. That’s what we do.

01
Real DFM review
Every RFQ is reviewed by an aerospace engineer before it goes to bid. Geometry, material, tolerance, and supplier capability matched up front.
02
Curated U.S. network
We don’t broadcast RFQs to anyone with a quoting button. Each capability has a small, pre-qualified set of U.S. partners with proven aerospace and defense track records.
03
Captive backstop
Our Seattle 5-axis facility provides production backstop most platforms can’t match. When timeline or complexity demands it, we route to our own shop.
04
ITAR discipline
DDTC registration in process. Controlled drawings handled per ITAR §120-130. Domestic suppliers only. Export compliance documented on every order.
Process

From RFQ to delivered parts.

A typical aerospace RFQ moves slowly because the buyer is chasing quotes from shops that don’t respond, can’t quote, or quote unrealistic lead times. We do the work up front: review the print, match the supplier, confirm capacity, and deliver a real quote with real dates.

Step 01
Submit RFQ
Upload drawings, STEP models, and spec callouts via the RFQ form or send to our ITAR-controlled email. We handle export-controlled data per protocol.
Step 02
DFM & quote
Engineering reviews geometry, material, and tolerances. We match the job to the right partner and return a quote with standard and expedite options.
Step 03
Production
Routed to the qualified partner. Process traveler, inspection plan, and required certs locked in before production begins.
Step 04
Delivery + docs
Parts delivered with FAI per AS9102, material certs, process certs (welding, finishing, NDE as applicable), and full lot traceability.
Send us your hardest RFQ.
If your part is sitting on a buyer’s desk because nobody will quote it, that’s the work we want. Exotic alloys, tight tolerances, AWS D17.1 welds, complex finishing stacks — send it over.
